The dining room
is ONLY HALF
the business.
Menu margin leaks. Delivery bleed. Missed calls during service. Private dining running below its potential.
Eight platforms, zero visibility. An owner who is still the system.
We find these leaks. Then we fix them.

“I hired consultants before. They gave me decks. The Fifth Floor gave me a rebuilt booking flow, five automated sequences, and a private dining page that now drives six figures in new annual revenue.”

Or start with one MoveThere's a leak nobody talks about.
You.
The owner bottleneck is the real problem.
You're the POS person. The host. The manager. The problem-solver.
The decision-maker. Everything flows through you.
Every decision waits for you. Every problem needs your attention. You're operating at capacity, and growth only adds more for you to carry.
Growth gets harder when the owner is the operating system.
Not because the restaurant isn't good. Because one person can only carry so much.
The restaurants that break through do one thing differently.
They stop running on the owner and start running on systems.
That's what we build.
How we work
01 / New business
YOU HAVE THE IDEA.
LET'S BUILD THE BUSINESS.
THE BUSINESS-IN-A-BOX™
For new restaurants, new locations and concepts being reinvented.
From concept and commercial model to guest experience, brand, systems, technology and launch. We build the pieces together so you're not stitching together five different vendors and hoping they somehow become one business.
02 / Existing business
IT'S WORKING.
LET'S MAKE IT WORK BETTER.
THE EDIT™
For established restaurants with something worth building on.
We look across revenue, guest experience, operations and technology, decide where the biggest opportunities are, then implement the changes.
03 / One Move
YOU DON'T NEED EVERYTHING.
YOU NEED A MOVE.
THE MOVE™
Focused, fixed-scope builds for businesses that know what they need and want it done properly.

THE BRIEF™
The numbers nobody
shows you.
Many first-time guests never come back. They didn’t hate it. You just didn’t stay top of mind. Regulars carry a restaurant, and the ones you’re losing are the ones you can’t afford to lose.
More than the invoice says. Delivery costs you commission, processing, packaging and paid visibility add-ons. Add it up once. You may be working for the platform, not for yourself.
Thin margins. A full-service restaurant has little room for waste. Every mispriced dish, wasted shift or lost reservation takes many times its cost in sales to earn back. There is no room for operating blind.
High turnover. Replacing a team member costs more than the job ad: hiring, training, slower service while they learn. Most operators don’t track this line item. It’s one of the biggest.
Good restaurants close too. Usually not because the food was bad. Because nobody was watching the right numbers.
Menu Margin Loss. What restaurants lose by pushing the wrong dishes. It’s usually the first leak we find: best sellers that aren’t best earners. Engineer the menu and every dish earns its place.
If the restaurant is making money and still feels heavier than it should, something is off.
We'll help you find it. Then we'll help you fix it.
