What we collect and why
Information you give us directly. When you fill out The Score, apply to work with us, or contact us, we collect your name, email, and business information. We use this to respond to you and determine fit.
Business platform data For clients using Restaurant OS or other operating systems we build, we connect to third-party platforms you authorize — including Square, Toast, Resy, OpenTable, 7shifts, DoorDash, Uber Eats, and Google Business. We access only the data you explicitly grant permission for during the OAuth authorization process. This data is used solely to generate your business intelligence dashboard and briefings.
Usage data We collect standard web analytics (pages visited, time on site). We do not sell this data.
How we use your data
We use your data to deliver the services you've engaged us for. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. We do not run ads.
Third-party integrations
Restaurant OS connects to platforms you authorize via OAuth. Each platform has its own privacy policy. By connecting a platform, you authorize us to read the data scopes you approve. You can revoke access at any time through the connected platform's settings.
Data storage and security
Client data is stored in Supabase on secure, encrypted infrastructure. Access tokens for connected platforms are stored encrypted and never exposed to the front end.
Your rights
You can request deletion of your data at any time by emailing hello@fromthefifthfloor.com. We will respond within 30 days.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. Material changes will be communicated via email to active clients.
