GETTING STARTED

Do I have to start with The Score™?

1

Yes. Every engagement starts there. It takes 10 minutes, it's free, and it tells us both exactly where the breaks are before we commit to anything. We don't skip it — not because it's a rule, but because it's the only way to give you an honest answer about what you actually need.

What happens after I submit The Score™?

2

Petra reviews it personally within 72 hours. You receive a six-pillar breakdown, your two biggest breaks identified with specificity, and a ranked fix order. If the work is significant you'll also receive a Build proposal. There is no automated response. A person reads every submission.

Is The Score™ really free?

3

Yes. No credit card. No sales call attached to the delivery. You get the score regardless of whether you proceed with anything else.

How do I know if The Fifth Floor is right for my business?

4

If you run a service business, studio, clinic, restaurant, or consulting practice — and something is off but you can't name it precisely — you're the right fit. If you're looking for someone to hand you templates and wish you luck, we're not it.

THE WORK

What's the difference between The Audit™ and
The Build™?

1

The Audit™ finds the problem and tells you exactly what to do about it. The Build™ does it. One is the diagnosis. One is the surgery. Most clients do both — and the Audit fee is credited in full toward the Build, so it effectively costs nothing if you proceed.

What does The Business Redline™ actually look like?

2

A written document with a cut / keep / rebuild call on every element of your business — offer structure, pricing logic, brand positioning, website conversion, ops efficiency, revenue model. Delivered alongside a complete execution plan in the correct sequence. Plus a 60-minute walkthrough from our CEO in plain English. Not a deck. Not bullet points. A verdict.

What exactly gets built in The Build™?

3

Offer architecture rebuilt. Brand and messaging corrected. Website executed. Operations systematized. Intake, follow-up, scheduling, reporting, and client communication running automatically. Three months of maintenance included. The business runs when you leave the room. That's the standard.

How long does The Build™ take?

4

Four to ten weeks depending on scope. You'll know the exact timeline before we begin. We don't start until the scope is agreed and the sequence is locked.

Do I have to do The Build™ to get The OS™?

5

Not always. Some clients come straight to The OS™. Book a call and we'll tell you which makes sense for your specific situation.

SYSTEMS + AUTOMATION

What do you mean by automation?

1

Every task that requires you to show up manually gets replaced by a system that runs without you. Leads followed up automatically. Calls answered without you picking up. Bookings confirmed without an email chain. Reports waiting for you Monday morning without you compiling them. Client communication happening without you writing a single thing. We build it, install it, and hand you a business that operates whether or not you're in the room.

Do I need to understand how the systems work?

2

No. You need them to work. We build it, we explain what it does, and we hand it to you running. You don't need to know what's underneath it.

What if something breaks after we're done?

3

Every Build includes three months of maintenance. If something breaks, we fix it. After that, the monthly retainer keeps everything monitored and sharp on an ongoing basis.

Can you automate my specific business even if it's unusual?

4

Yes. Everything we build is custom to your business. We assess what your operation actually needs — simple or complex — and we build it accordingly. We don't use templates. We use your business as the brief.

PRICING

How much does this cost?

1

The Score™ is free. The Audit™ starts at $2,500 — credited in full toward The Build. The Build™ starts at $4,500 depending on scope. The OS™ runs $1,500–$3,500 per month+ setup fee. Retainers run $2,500–$5,000 per month. Pricing is always discussed on the call and always framed against what it saves or generates — never against hours

Why isn't pricing on the site?

2

Because scope determines investment. A business doing $80K per year needs something different than one doing $2M. Publishing a number without context sets the wrong expectation. We'd rather spend 20 minutes understanding your situation and give you an honest number than have you self-select out of something that would have paid for itself in month one.

Do you offer payment plans?

3

Yes, we offer payment plans for setup fees with Affirm. That is discussed on the call.

WORKING WITH US

Who actually does the work?

1

Petra does the thinking, the strategy, the Audit, and the Loom. Implementation is executed by a lean team under her direction. Every deliverable is reviewed and approved by Petra before it reaches you. You are never handed off to someone you haven't met.

How many clients do you take at once?

2

A limited number. Deliberately. This is not a volume business. The work requires real attention and that means we keep the client list tight. If we're at capacity when you apply we'll tell you immediately and give you a timeline.

What if I've already worked with a coach or consultant and it didn't work?

3

That's the most common story we hear. The difference is we find the actual problem first — not the symptom — and we execute the fix, not hand you a plan to execute yourself. If you've already been given advice that didn't work, the issue was usually either the wrong diagnosis or no implementation. We do both.

What industries do you work with?

3

Restaurants, wellness studios, clinics, service businesses of all kinds. If you run a service-based business and you're owner-operated or just need better systems, we can help you.

AFTER THE WORK

What happens after The Build™ is done?

1

Three months of maintenance are included. After that, most clients move to The OS™ for ongoing intelligence, or The Retainer for continued active involvement. Some clients take the build and run it themselves. All three are valid.

What if I want Petra involved on an ongoing basis?

2

That's The Retainer. Active tier means Petra stays inside the business — monitoring, adjusting, quarterly re-edits. Strategy tier means monthly sessions where you bring the decisions and we sharpen them. Both are available post-Build.

Can I come back after we've finished?

3

Yes. That's The Re-edit. Markets shift, offers drift, founders get tired and start saying yes to the wrong things. We come back in, look at it again, and edit a second time. Some clients do this annually. It's the sharpest version of ongoing engagement we offer.
